I made this deck for hybrid competitive/fun play. It has potential to one shot double die palpatine but also has enough hindrances to make it fun to play and keep it beatable.

Why play The Day is Ours in this deck?

@mattenno It's basically reassurance of getting the field if you this decks field is chosen. If not it's a good card to toss for a re-roll of many dice.

I thought Imperial Academy didn't need to be claimed to use it's effect. It says "While you CONTROL this battlefield, after you activate a support, you may reroll its die."

@mattennoYes it's to make sure you have control of it at the start of the next round it's a little extra reassurance. or like I said it can be used as a toss to re-roll card.
