This deck looks fun. It seems like you'd want to hard mulligan for It Binds All Things due to the cost involved in this decks cards. Agreed? |

I'd agree. It should run a lot smoother with one. If not you basically just take the first turn off to play a 2 cost and go turn by turn deciding if you control or play another 2 cost. |
